Individual Therapy
Having a healthy relationship with yourself is key to building healthy relationships with others. In individual therapy, you work one-on-one with a licensed clinical psychologist in a safe, welcoming, supportive, and confidential setting.
Therapy is guided by your unique needs and aims to promote self-advocacy, empowerment, and mind/body wellness.
Children / Adolescents Therapy
Children and adolescents experience and communicate emotional distress differently than adults. Child and adolescent psychotherapy focuses on the underlying emotional problems that are interfering with a young person’s development, social integration, and behavioral expression.
Through play and talk therapy, clients are guided to better understand the causes of their distress and to learn coping strategies that help them deal with stress in a healthy way.
Online Therapy
If in-office visits are not a good option for you, we offer video counseling via Microsoft Teams to allow you to make an important investment in yourself from the comfort of your home. Video counseling provides a safe and confidential space for you to explore your emotions, beliefs, relationships, challenges, and life as a whole.
Online therapy also allows for therapy to continue when a client or therapist is out of town, when there are transportation issues, or due to unforeseen events. Online therapy provides a convenient way for you to stay on track to meet your goals.
