Jacksonville Neuro and Clinical Psychology Group is a private therapy and neuropsychology practice in Jacksonville, FL. We focus on providing you with care and support in whatever stage of growth you find yourself. 

From identifying your struggles through comprehensive evaluation, to therapeutic treatment in a safe and welcoming setting, to education and personal development via cognitive rehabilitation, we are with you every step of the way. 

We aim to create a supportive environment in which you can be heard, understood, and thrive. Our services are tailored to each patient and center on a wholistic, multi-disciplinary approach to health and well-being that will achieve the greatest improvement in your particular circumstance, in the shortest time possible.

Dr Jean Hall

Jean Hall, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Hall first began her career in health care as a registered nurse. She then obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology from Baylor University with a focus in Primary Care, Health Psychology, and Behavioral Medicine.

She has extensive experience using a range of modalities that includes a blended approach with clients of all ages. She has spent the last 15 years in private practice as a licensed clinical psychologist.

She specializes in (but is not limited to) the following disorders, conditions, and types of therapeutic services:

  • Mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorders)
  • Anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and PTSD)

Kathrin "Kat" Ritter, Ph.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychologist

Dr. Ritter is a clinical neuropsychologist with experience in neuropsychological, psychological, and high stakes evaluations with individuals of all ages.

She obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of TN, Knoxville and completed additional training at the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center with a focus in neuropsychology, inpatient psychiatric care, and health psychology. She has since worked in a private neuropsychology practice as a licensed clinical psychologist.

She specializes in (but is not limited to) the following disorders and types of evaluations:

  • Degenerative brain diseases (various types of dementia)
  • Movement disorders (such as Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s)
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Neurological disorders (including multiple sclerosis)

Rachel Souza, BA

Psychometrist

Rachel comes to the practice with 9 years of experience in patient care.
 
She was born and raised in New Jersey, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology; with a minor in Education.
 
Working with patients, especially children, is a passion of hers that has enriched her life. She did an internship shadowing and scoring child neuropsychological evaluations in preparation for her position in this practice.
 
Rachel is very active in her community; she loves adventure, photography, event planning, and movies.
