Rachel

Rachel comes to the practice with 9 years of experience in patient care. She was born and raised in New Jersey, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology; with a minor in Education.
 
While working with special needs children, she did an internship shadowing child neuropsychological evaluations. Prior to her extensive experience in the medical field, she interned at a rehabilitation horse therapy ranch for children with autism.
 
Rachel is very active in her community; she loves adventure, photography, event planning, and movies.

Jennifer

Jennifer obtained her master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the John Jay College of New York. She has worked in the mental health field for over fifteen years and has a broad range of experience including testing, conducting clinical assessments, mental health evaluations, as well as crisis services.

Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients in a variety of settings. She has worked with adults, children, as well as those within the geriatric, special needs, forensic and substance abuse populations. She brings her education and diverse experiences to the practice and really enjoys working with both the patients as well as their families.

When not in the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and really enjoys being outdoors. When she is not working, you can usually find her paddleboarding, bike riding, or relaxing on the beach.

Quincy

Quincy

Growing up Quincy lived in several different countries and has had the pleasure of experiencing a variety of cultures. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and enjoys working with people coming from different backgrounds.

Out of her love for helping people in unique circumstances, she earned her bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from Colorado Christian University with a desire to gain a greater understanding of people and have a positive effect on someone’s life.

Quincy has worked in various settings including inpatient clinical psych, forensic psych, and substance abuse. She brings this experience as well as her diverse background to her practice and looks forward to her time spent with patients and their families.

Quincy and her husband recently moved to the Jacksonville area to be by the water and enjoy the warm weather. When she is not working, she loves being active, going to concerts, cooking and traveling new places. 

Mikayka3

Mikayla

Mikayla has worked in patient care for the past two years and has had the opportunity of working with a diverse range of patients.

She was born in Arizona and moved to Florida where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in child development from Florida State University. She will be continuing her education at Jacksonville University in the master’s program of Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Throughout her career, Mikayla has always known she wants to help people not only physically feel better but mentally as well.  She enjoys and looks forward to working with all different patients and values each relationship she forms with her patients.

She moved to Jacksonville to be closer to her family and be closer to the water. When she is not working, she loves being active, going to the gym, and exploring new places and spending time with her fur-baby Edison.

Jacky

Jacquelyn

Jacquelyn has her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and a certification in Animal Assisted Therapy. She began her journey working as a counselor for college-aged students at UNF.

Throughout her time at the UNF counseling center, she worked closely with therapy dogs and their handlers. She found that she had an interest in testing and assessments and decided to explore that branch of psychology.

When she is not in the office she likes to travel, read, and spend time with friends and family.

Kimberly

Kimberly

Kimberly, originally from Southern California, embarked on her academic journey exploring various majors, including early childhood education and early childhood development.

However, she found her true calling in psychology, which led her to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. Soon after her graduation, Kimberly dedicated herself to becoming a behavior therapist, specializing in supporting children and adults on the autism spectrum.

In 2018, a significant personal milestone led Kimberly to relocate to Jacksonville to marry and live closer to her husband’s family. Despite the move, she continued her passionate work with children with autism, consistently seeking opportunities to learn and grow within the field.

Kimberly’s profound dedication to working with individuals with special needs spurred her to further expand her experience and skills across various aspects of services for children and adults.

Outside her professional endeavors, Kimberly finds joy in gardening, attending baseball, football, and hockey games, and cherishing moments with her three dogs. Her journey reflects a blend of personal growth, professional dedication, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of those with special needs.

Jenny

Jennifer

Jennifer grew up in South Florida and received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. While studying in college, she became certified as a behavioral therapist working with children with Autism and other special needs. 

She always enjoyed helping children and wanted to make more of an impact in their lives.

At the end of 2022, Jennifer moved to Jacksonville to live with her significant other. After working in applied behavior analysis for 6 years, she wanted to seek other opportunities to grow her experience. She is dedicated to helping every patient she meets, as well as looking forward to creating relationships with them.

When she is not working, she enjoys going to Disney, playing board games, traveling and spending time with her significant other, family and friends.

Taylor

Taylor

Taylor obtained her Bachelor’s degree in psychological sciences from the University of North Florida and minored in American Sign Language. She knew she wanted to pursue higher education since she started college.

She was accepted into the Masters of psychological sciences program at UNF and is currently working towards graduation in May of 2025. Taylor plans to one day achieve her Doctorate in neuropsychology and become a neuropsychologist.

The brain has always interested Taylor, which is why she chose the field of psychology. She loves learning new things and appreciates how the brain still has so much to be learned about it.

Taylor’s specific area of interest is traumatic brain injury. It excites her to one day be able to help those who are struggling with traumatic brain injury.

Psychological testing has been an interest of Taylor’s since her undergraduate studies. She has had the amazing opportunity to work under a neuropsychologist that specializes in psychological testing in her graduate program.

While Taylor is very busy with her academics and occupation, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is always down for anything active and likes to be outside. A large hobby of Taylor’s is photography. She loves to capture important moments in people’s lives.
