Couples Therapy
Strong, loving relationships need regular maintenance and a daily commitment to work on and change any unhealthy patterns. Couples therapy can be an effective tool in helping couples restore balance to their relationship. In therapy, couples work with a licensed clinical psychologist to identify areas of conflict, define aspects of the relationship they wish to change, and learn proven strategies to re-frame daily challenges and prevent arising issues from becoming persistent problems.
In a safe, supportive, and confidential setting, couples can explore how their individual beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are impacting the relationship and develop strategies for protecting and enhancing the long-term happiness and health of their relationship.
